Amazing hotel with great wi-fi, a lounge area, and helpful 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me with my luggage, which I remember fondly. I recommend it for a cozy stay. I'm coming back for a xmas.

the absence of a coffee pot was truly disappointing, especially since it was advertised so enticingly in the pictures. breakfast was laughable, I mean, oatmeal? really? for that price, I expected some exquisite pastries or perhaps a little luxury treatment, yet here I am, suffering. it’s almost enough to make one reconsider returning.

The receptionists were very supportive and helped with any inquiries I had during my stay.
The air conditioning did not work effectively, leaving the room uncomfortably hot at night.

The hotel is right near Porte des Lilas and Mairie des Lilas stations, only 3 minutes away on foot. It's super easy to get to Paris Center within about 30 minutes or even reach Disneyland in one hour. The staff really impressed me. they were genuinely kind and helpful whenever I asked for anything. the twin room felt small for two, though it worked fine just for sleeping. I missed having a coffee machine in my room since I've seen some rooms in the same hotel equipped with one. The location felt safe and clean, which was a plus, but I found the room amenities lacking. A fridge would have been nice, and I also craved a hand towel and a bit more space for my things. I stayed for three nights, and while the bed comfort provided decent rest, the breakfast could use a bit of variety—I opted to skip it on the last day. it’s a practical choice for those on a budget.

Nice stay overall!
Spent 3 nights in a twin room. The metro was super close, which made it easy to get around. The breakfast was solid, with lots of options, but it could use some fresh veggies. The area felt safe enough, but I could hear some noise from the streets. The staff were nice and helpful when I needed stuff.

Clean room, friendly staff, and decent breakfast. Limited breakfast options and the area feels a bit industrial. Easy walking access to a metro station, which leads to the main attractions.

The triple-glazed windows did an impressive job blocking noise from the busy road outside, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The metro and tram stations were a quick walk away, making it easy to explore the city without hassle.
Breakfast is focused heavily on sweet options—the scrambled eggs resembled something out of a sci-fi movie, with a taste that hinted they were more about convenience than quality. Room amenities felt sparse. there were no mini-fridges or kettles, and the hairdryer lacked power to be truly effective. The shower had some serious leakage issues, turning my bathroom floor into a mini-wading pool. The wi-fi frequently dropped connection, requiring constant re-signing in, which was a real nuisance after a long day out.

For families needing comfort
The staff were incredibly helpful, especially when I had an issue with the room key—it was fixed in no time. The rooms, while compact, offered great soundproofing, allowing for a peaceful sleep amidst Paris' chaos.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but given the overall experience, it felt fair enough.
